Unused Empty carts can be returned for any reason. Used carts may not be returned, so we recommend only filling a few carts first and making sure that they perform to your standards. Please contact us first for a return authorization before sending any unwanted carts back. After receiving your return we will credit your charge card back within 48 hours.

All returns are accepted for any reason as long as they have not been filled. If you have a filled cart that is defective, just call us and we will send you out another cart at no charge and with free shipping.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless otherwise determined.
